To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我有時候會和朋友一起去觀塘的一杯關西燒吃飯,不過因為價錢不便宜所以不是經常光顧。這次因爲信用卡優惠,原本500元的食物用300元的價錢就可以吃到,十分化算,所以我們決定一完要去。我們一行四人,今天點了之前沒吃過的菜式。蕃茄海鮮湯,濃濃蕃茄,湯料有蝦,帶子,硯,豆腐份量較多。鴨胸喬麥麵好香,湯底有點柚子味,挺濃郁,鴨胸大件份量多,不欺場鐵板炒菇,有白蘿蔔蓉,有點咸我們最喜歡的是這裡的一杯關西燒,所以點了兩個不同口味的牛油果蟹肉壽司,壽司面的牛油果入口即溶,每吃一件都好開心每樣食物都十分適合我們的口味,百吃不厭
