To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 皇牌焗豬扒飯相信九成既香港人都食過,仲要個個都like坊間一直都幾多餐廳想模仿呢個菜式,但係用料唔夠,蕃茄醬落唔夠,塊豬又細細塊,點吸引到人食?所以今次都係食我多次推介比遊客、外藉人士既焗豬扒飯!最平係佢d菠蘿仔,酸味好夾,個飯炒過先焗,好香,但可惜個餐無野飲跟,唔係就仲抵食!
