黃大仙廟因疫情關閉後,今日重開,阿媽急不及待要去上香祈福,我咁啱放假陪她走一轉,之後去黃大仙中心食D嘢,阿媽見到間金記冰室,設計好有懷舊風情。本想入去堂食,比佢見到外賣有折就改變主意,叫我買回家食。馬來炒貴刁好夠穫氣,用火腿、蝦仁、蛋、芽菜、洋蔥等加入河粉炒,並用咖喱調味,又香又足料,十分惹味。鮮茄濃汁焗豬扒飯,濃香茄汁配搭鬆軟的豬扒是冰室的皇牌菜色,超大塊豬扒先炸過一次才放在飯面上焗,濃郁的醬汁沾滿了整塊豬扒,豬扒厚薄適中,肉質細嫩,香口又惹味!金記炸雞髀,我的最愛,即叫即炸,雖然是拎回家凍了一點, 皮還有脆口感,肉質香口。
