有朋友黎香港旅行,帶佢食啲香港既地道菜。搭完渡海小輪黎到尖沙嘴,上網睇一睇見到鳳城都幾多分店,食物亦都好有特色,一於黎試下。炸子雞 ($138半隻) 半碟睇落都唔會話好少~ 一睇就覺得隻雞炸得好金黃好脆,口感都一樣,皮脆肉滑。呢度炸雞既皮好薄,食落一啲都唔覺得油,一咬就咬到入面既肉,味道都剛剛好。松子仁榨菜肉末配叉子燒餅($98)先講叉子燒餅,雖然焗既時間好似有少少多咗,但食落就食唔到焦味,反而芝麻幾香,同食落都幾煙韌。榨菜粒炒肉碎,聽個名就知道惹味,放滿滿入叉子燒餅就有另一番風味。大良炸鮮奶($88)呢個可以做菜或者叫做甜品,炸粉入面包住既係固體炒過既鮮奶,加咗葱,帶岀咗少少咸味,入面都幾滑。亦可以點砂糖食,食落味道似沙翁,但炸粉可以略為少一點會更好。

松子仁榨菜肉末配叉子燒餅($98)
先講叉子燒餅,雖然焗既時間好似有少少多咗,但食落就食唔到焦味,反而芝麻幾香,同食落都幾煙韌。榨菜粒炒肉碎,聽個名就知道惹味,放滿滿入叉子燒餅就有另一番風味。


大良炸鮮奶($88)
呢個可以做菜或者叫做甜品,炸粉入面包住既係固體炒過既鮮奶,加咗葱,帶岀咗少少咸味,入面都幾滑。亦可以點砂糖食,食落味道似沙翁,但炸粉可以略為少一點會更好。
