星期日與家人吃過午飯後,到街市買餸,由於不想煮太多,所以就去「斬料」加加餸,葵芳燒臘鋪不算太多,只有2至3間,以買燒肉或腩仔,大多會選擇「廣東燒味餐廳」餐廳門前有一大櫥窗可以清楚看到各款燒臘,自己選擇想要的部位燒腩仔 ($55)物價高漲,小小一盒也要$55蚊,不過皮脆肉嫩,肥瘦適中,一層脂肪一層瘦肉,十分平均,入口充滿油香,即使放了一段時間豬皮還是卜卜脆,十分香口,美中不足是腩仔的底部卻醃得太咸了. . .
