下午茶時間,26蚊一個燒味湯粉性格比高。比起大x樂份量多,而且燒味質素不錯,叉燒,燒鴨不錯之選,多肉唔多骨。雞就麻麻地,因為骨多過肉。雙併都係28蚊。我自己會比較提議食鴨同叉燒。另外60蚊既四寶飯,雖然對我地打工仔來講,一個午餐,60蚊係有d貴,但係味道真係唔錯,乳豬都好好食好脆,飯煮得軟硬適中。因為好多茶記d飯都係太淋,飯份量好多,有多碟油菜,同飲品。絕對夠飽。如果想食燒味,在附近黎講叫有質素。

午飯時間,每每經過廣東燒味總是人頭湧湧。今次終於在同事想吃的情況下來到這間。這間店內位置較為擠擁,人與人之間真的只剩餘半點身位。大部分坐下來吃的都是男士居多。來到這裡,本打算吃扒餐,只因價錢比燒味餐為低。既然來到這裡,還是選擇雙併燒味套餐。雙併燒味套餐,最終選擇了油雞、叉燒配米線,熱奶茶,盛惠五十多元。這個價錢對比一般午市,在葵涌區內比較高。叉燒及油雞份量也算多,叉燒肉質帶點韌度,未做到嫰滑程度。油雞同樣嫰滑程度不夠,過熟情況令到肉質偏熟。整體而言,算是普通燒味質素。米線對於女生來說份量剛好,男士還是選回白飯,起碼看見鄰近桌上的白飯份量充足,足夠填飽肚子,難怪男士們必配白飯。這樣的價錢配合食物質素,個人而言不是太划算。

星期六的下午,因為工作上變得緊崩,也變得沉重,令在下沒有心情尋找哪處覓食,只好在葵芳的一個角落裡,是但求其地醫肚,不論是否好吃,醫了就算。廣東味餐廳不只一次的來到,上兩次因感覺不是太好,而今次卻盲樁樁的走了入去,卻令在下仿如進入了地獄般的折磨,也令在下的心情就更加惡劣了。既來之揮之去,求其點了一個叉燒燒肉飯。過往的經驗是不太好過,同樣地遇著了同一的折磨。叉燒雖為半肥瘦,咬口有種肥羔的滋潤而夠滑,可是卻又沒有那種鬆化的口感,帶來一種滑而硬的口感,燒肉皮燒得硬到幾乎把牙都咬甩,又不脆口,慌死唔夠硬,肉質也不是軟腍而煙靭,而且有點硬的感覺,相比上兩次的經驗,似乎今次是在下完全的錯了吧。菜心倒還可以的,是因為把菜心淥熟,只有軟腍而沒有渣,但並不是很甜。這一個菜心,也許是為純粹為燒味帶來一點綠色的效果吧,也為健康著想而來。不期望熱奶茶有好的地方,只是為著茶香而順滑而來,一杯沒糖的奶茶,就是沒甜味的茶,甘醇是略有的,只是不太厚吧。

This is probably the best place in the area for all things roast meat, such as roast duck, BBQ pork, soy chicken, roast pig...I always get the roast duck. It's a well balanced flavor of smoke, sweet, and savory. The crispy  skin is seared to the point that its has a light crunch, but retains some fattiness as well. I always get the roast duck. It's a well balanced flavor of smoke, sweet, and savory. The crispy  skin is seared to the point that its has a light crunch, but retains some fattiness as well. It's $24 for single meat and $26 for double meat in noodle soup, no drinks included. Rice plate is a bit more, in the $40s...but well worth it cause the portion is larger. 

I also like the ginger green onion oil that comes with the chicken. I can pour that over white rice and eat it all day long. 

The other non roast item I enjoy is the 梅菜扣肉飯 or preserved veggie and pork belly. It's super flavorful w the fattiness of the pork belly balancing with the sweet and fermented flavor of the veggie. This goes very well over a plate of rice.

今年八月底在這裡作一個晚餐,今天返回公司前再次在這裡開餐,可是卻仍然是這樣子。今個午餐不用多想,隨便走入廣東燒味,點算了叉燒燒肉飯及熱茶。在下進入這店子,適逢是午飯時間,人多了店員也很繁忙。叉燒燒肉飯上桌,樣子上次吃過的叉燒薰蹄飯沒有太大的分別。吃下叉燒,發覺叉燒稔了,沒太多鬆化,也未見有燒燶現象,燒肉皮算是燒得香脆,而且燒肉本身也鹹了一點,水準有下降蹟像。熱奶茶未見有茶香,奶也落得多了,因此蓋了茶味。雖然人多,但服務尚可。

不過去到好似未開, 唯有求其是但食嚕~

路過見到燒味, 一於就燒味啦, 無為諗黎諗去嘛~
入到去, 見有 2-3 張枱無人坐...
侍應安排左我地坐卡位...一張好鬼細既卡位...2 位還好, 真係肥 D 都覺得迫 :|

肚仔餓, 二話不說就落單先啦~
男友仔: 燒味雙併飯套餐 配 凍檸茶 (燒鵝 + 油雞)
我: 燒肉賴粉

先唔講野食~~~
就響等緊野食之際...侍應走埋黎: 麻煩你地坐埋一邊呀!
下!!!!!? 張枱細到咁都仲要搭枱!? 唔係呱....

最奇既係....中間仲有 2 張可以坐 5-6 個人, 但係 1 個人都無既圓枱!!!!!
唔通果 2 張放響度睇既!?
果張所謂既卡位細到無朋友, 2 個細細粒既女仔坐埋一邊都迫啦....何況有男既響度!!
呢個安排真係令我地目瞪口呆!!
坐到超迫真係食野都有困難, 男友仔係好瘦既人, 佢都坐左半邊身出位....連筷子都無辦法正常咁夾野!!!
真係從來都未試過食得咁辛苦.....


迫都不在話下, 最大問題係....
佢個冷氣開到好似勁風風扇咁....要人坐到超迫, 但係果個所謂既冷氣就凍都唔凍下, 係咪想熱死人!?
冬天就話取暖o者, 家陣夏天呀....真係一邊食一邊 D 汗就係咁流....
仲慘過坐響街邊無冷氣.....

燒鵝 - 夠味, 不過皮唔脆, 還可以!
油雞 - 肉質唔錯, 好滑, 讚!

我每個星期最少幫襯一次買燒味飯,20蚊雙拼送湯或汽水, 燒味幾新鮮同入味!每次等外賣或者只係經過都見到好多人買燒味.唔多明白點解d人話佢地d燒味差!!!

今日過晒午飯時間,又未到下午茶,想食啲嘢就去咗呢度食: 四寶飯:燒豬係芝麻皮,不過已經淋晒,唔脆但味道係幾好!叉燒係半肥瘦,肉質唔錯,不過蜜糖味唔係咁夠,紅腸味道一般,咸蛋都係,啲菜係又硬又老又凍,最慘係啲飯真係少到~餵貓?仲要係凍嘅! 凍鴛鴦:唔濃唔淡,一般所以冇嘢講!就嚟冬天啦,食凍飯會肚痛,所以我都唔會再去嘞!而且$34 又係食唔飽就更加唔駛指意我再去幫襯!

凍鴛鴦:唔濃唔淡,一般所以冇嘢講!
就嚟冬天啦,食凍飯會肚痛,所以我都唔會再去嘞!而且$34 又係食唔飽就更加唔駛指意我再去幫襯!

連日惱人的天氣,假期亦沒有心情,中午只在附近解決。太陽蛋叉燒飯-很奇怪的太陽蛋是分開上,不過煎得幾靚仔,黃白分明。叉燒很蜜味鬆化,不過份量好少,唔多夠喉。白飯不錯,飯粒爽口有飯味,撈了豉油及蛋黃,十分美味。咸牛肉三文治-饀了勁少,麵包又薄。奶茶味道較為甘苦,入口不夠滑。燒味比之前進步了,幾個阿姐服務也比以前好,可能被人投訴得多的關係。
