呢間位於土瓜灣嘅小店,佢哋嘅腸粉我已經幫襯過好多次,好多種味道嘅餡料我都試過。腸粉皮薄餡料又多,配埋佢哋嘅豉油同辣椒油更加perfect。個人最喜歡係佢哋嘅蜜汁叉燒腸,姬松茸上素腸,同埋手切牛肉腸。😋😋😋👍🏼~蜜汁叉燒腸:鹹鹹甜甜,肉汁餡料又夠多。~姬松茸上素腸:餡料全部切成粒粒,口感有啲似 鮑魚粒。~手切牛肉腸:牛肉本身已醃好,切成一片片再同粉漿一齊蒸,嫩滑juicy 。 個人建議腸粉加蛋+生菜,更加豐富好味。另外,佢哋小店人手有限,而且有時都多人,要等好耐,電話落單再以唔洗等咁耐。
