千層蛋糕係其中一款我最鍾意嘅蛋糕,但要做到皮薄cream滑就真係要花唔少功夫🤭 IG上有唔少網店賣千層蛋糕,有幾間仲賣到可以開實體店~暫時心目中嘅ig shop🥇千層蛋糕就係CC Bakeryyyy,我之前已經食過焙茶味已經非常鍾意🥹 佢哋上個月仲喺旺角開咗間cafe☕️ 除咗招牌嘅千層蛋糕,仲有意粉同埋croffle🤤 甜品仲有tiramisu同心太軟🍫•🥢 黑松露卡邦尼意粉 $118一上枱就見到一大pat黑松露醬擺咗喺意粉上面😆 聞落同食落都幾香👍🏼 同下面嘅卡邦尼意粉都幾夾~卡邦尼醬汁偏向竭少少,蛋味都幾濃,配埋煙豬腩嘅鹹香,味道好有層次🤤加埋啲芝士碎仲有少少拉絲嘅效果😆 食晒成個意粉都唔會覺得好膩~•🥢 芝士肉醬窩夫 $68呢到嘅窩夫係牛角包窩夫,食落帶輕微牛油香~ 而我哋就揀咗芝士肉醬😛 肉醬份量多到成座山咁,每一啖窩夫都食到😆 肉醬味道酸甜適中,有好多肉碎,非常足料,不過配搭窩夫就有少少分離感,而且仲會令到窩夫好快就腍咗🥹•🥢 意大利開心果千層蛋糕 $42🥢 日本宇治抹茶千層蛋糕 $42佢哋嘅千層蛋糕皮薄cream滑,而且每層cream都舖得厚薄均勻👍🏼 同埋整體味道都唔會好

一上枱就見到一大pat黑松露醬擺咗喺意粉上面😆 聞落同食落都幾香👍🏼 同下面嘅卡邦尼意粉都幾夾~卡邦尼醬汁偏向竭少少,蛋味都幾濃,配埋煙豬腩嘅鹹香,味道好有層次🤤加埋啲芝士碎仲有少少拉絲嘅效果😆 食晒成個意粉都唔會覺得好膩~

呢到嘅窩夫係牛角包窩夫,食落帶輕微牛油香~ 而我哋就揀咗芝士肉醬😛 肉醬份量多到成座山咁,每一啖窩夫都食到😆 肉醬味道酸甜適中,有好多肉碎,非常足料,不過配搭窩夫就有少少分離感,而且仲會令到窩夫好快就腍咗🥹

佢哋嘅千層蛋糕皮薄cream滑,而且每層cream都舖得厚薄均勻👍🏼 同埋整體味道都唔會好甜,輕輕鬆鬆就食晒一件🤭
開心果味香濃但唔會好膩,除咗上面灑咗啲開心果粒粒,cream入面都仲有啲開心果碎💚 抹茶味比起開心果味就淡咗少少🤏🏼 抹茶控表示可以再濃啲😛

抹茶拿鐵上枱時係未完全攪勻嘅,有啲掛杯咁🤣 抹茶味比抹茶千層濃郁多少少,同鮮奶嘅比例幾balance👍🏼 不過$52就略嫌有啲太細杯🙈
