To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

紅城盆菜，正 （4-6人份量）訂左盆菜，唔使煮咁多，茶記都要做盆菜，生意難做時都要支持下，都係4百幾蚊。💪第一年做盆菜，點解咁正，早知訂多一盤比阿爸年初一食啦。最好味的：豬手💕💕💕煮得好腍，但又唔黏口，而且仲有甜味，我估落左冰糖掛。第二好味的就係鮑魚，囡囡食咗3隻啦！而西蘭花🥦嫩綠得來又淋，吸埋個汁，好味。阿仔食晒😖足料的仲有魚肚、大蝦、魚旦、魚腐、蓮藕、芋頭、蘿蔔。稍嫌蘿蔔有幾舊有渣，但超甜、超多水。芋頭都好軟淋。最後我哋買左幾個生菜，個湯底好入味，用左少少撈飯。PS: 佢地汁水、大蝦分開上，我就唔會倒瀉啦

第一年做盆菜，點解咁正，早知訂多一盤比阿爸年初一食啦。

最好味的：豬手💕💕💕
煮得好腍，但又唔黏口，而且仲有甜味，我估落左冰糖掛。

第二好味的就係鮑魚，囡囡食咗3隻啦！

而西蘭花🥦嫩綠得來又淋，吸埋個汁，好味。阿仔食晒😖

最後我哋買左幾個生菜，個湯底好入味，用左少少撈飯。
