To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今年提早團年,聽朋友講稻香盆菜係喺香港製造的,所以再次嘗試,希望唔會失望。(其實N年前都幫襯過啲,攞返屋企加熱都要1個鐘,因為整個盆菜都是冰的)今次叫咗一個精品鮑魚菜。盆菜可用電磁爐加熱,打開錫紙,還暖暖的。盆菜食材好豐富:有鮑魚、海參、瑤柱、花膠、蠔鼓、大花菇、鮮味鳳蝦、蠔皇扣玉掌、香菇貢丸、黃金蛋餃、滷水鴨、貴妃雞、炆豬手、爽滑魚皮、枝竹、芋頭、蓮藕、木耳。樣樣都好味,唯獨豬手炆得唔淋,太硬,咬唔開。盆菜食材固然重要,盆菜嘅醬汁也不容忽視。佢的醬汁能夠帶動整個盆菜的味道。
