My sis never tried the popular salted rolls so we bought one from this bakery. It’s $9 for each and the size was pretty mini. We had a high expectation because we like the bread from this bakery. Sadly this salted roll was quite difficult to chew, I guess the bread was a bit stale from the plastic bag wrapper. Perhaps it would taste better after being reheated in the oven? Also there were only air bubbles on the top of the bread, but no visible trace of salts.
