To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

每次去九龍城,都會覺得選擇太多,胃納卻太細。如果不是吃正餐的話,德昌魚蛋粉都是我的首選。曾幾何時,我去德昌已不吃魚蛋粉,只因覺得水準沒以前那麼好,早已改選吃營養餐。但今日之後,九龍城的必食名單中,德昌可以剔除了。是次選的配搭相同:雞扒+餐肉,套餐已配炒蛋和多士,飲品揀了熱檸茶。雖不是繁忙時間,但亦接近滿座,大部份食客仍是吃湯粉麵,同檯兩位長者,也在吃魚蛋粉。老實講,營養餐的份量比以前大了,雞扒比手掌還大塊,兩塊餐肉也是厚切的。多士一向都不是厚切,但不明白,為何總是中間特別薄?至於炒蛋就是炒蛋,從來也沒說過是炒滑蛋。但當食客的水平提高了,以澳牛的炒蛋來作指標時,這份炒蛋就顯得頗頹了!那一大塊雞扒,顯得有點大而無當,完全失去了昔日的美味。肉質甚至有點「梅」,不像是新鮮煎炸的。餐肉仍是火腿餐肉,厚切加強了口感,但亦難以獨力挽回整個餐的水平。反而是那杯熱檸茶,頗為不錯,茶味香濃而不苦澀,我沒加糖也好喝。總括而言,這個餐收費$38,也是同區的水平。但相信我不會像以前那樣,為此而甘願排隊等候了。
