Restaurant: 傷心酸辣粉 (裕景坊)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期五放工後去咗食傷心酸辣粉,點了😽酥香脆豬腩傷心酸辣粉$68 跟白桃烏龍冷泡茶其實我係傷心酸辣粉的常客,最愛吃這裏彈牙又粗身的紅薯粉,吸收咗酸辣湯底很是惹味。酥香脆豬腩炸得乾身脆口,跟甜酸醬很搭配。跟餐的白桃烏龍冷泡茶茶味清香,冷泡沒有冰但也很清涼,感覺很健康!😽海蜇手撕雞$42挺大碟,夏天吃涼拌小食很開胃。😽炸三鮮餃子$20廿蚊五大隻超抵食,口感香脆。😽貢菜皮蛋$30滑溜溜的皮蛋口感,蛋黃仲有啲流心!酸酸辣辣的調味配以大量芫茜、蔥、蒜,口感層次豐富!😽香酥軟骨$38香脆可口的雞軟骨配甜酸醬很開胃!😽特盛米線$43配蔬菜炸蝦餅跟熱檸茶$2材料豐富,有肥牛、雙丸、魚腐、雲耳、金菇,清湯也不會太淡,米線也爽口。跟餐的蔬菜炸蝦餅炸得金黃鬆脆,可以見到有一隻大蝦在中間,各種蔬菜味道也很夾!
