一向對傳統有返咁上下歷史既舊式酒樓有種情意結,灣仔返工咁耐對盛記耳有所聞,今晚終於有機會黎試下佢個招牌乳豬。川辣口水雞 (小) ($68)雖然叫左細份,但都足有半隻雞,大大塊好多肉。 口水雞調味好正宗,香酥麻辣好過癮,雞肉亦嫩口有雞味,超值。盛記即燒乳豬 1/4隻 ($198)食過唔少老牌酒樓既馳名乳豬,好多時夠脆但太咸,所以保守少少只叫1/4隻,結果一路食一路後悔。 乳豬鬆脆甘口就唔在講,最正係咸淡岩岩好,附上既刈包我冇掂過,空口食都唔會油膩,直接原塊啪入口,起碼要叫半隻先夠。薑蔥美國桶蠔煲 ($228)美國桶蠔炸過之後用砵酒、薑蔥焗,入口真係香到爆。 桶蠔本身有半個拳頭咁大,肥嘟嘟夠鮮味,真係冇可能唔好食。上湯龍蝦伊麵 ($298)可能珠玉在前,雖然龍蝦夠新鮮,相比之下呢味就比較平凡,炸粉略嫌有點厚,但都做到一般酒樓水平。值得一讚座位好闊落,兩個人坐一張細圓台,岩哂成晚慢慢傾計,店員招呼亦不錯,同屋企人黎食岩哂。

值得一讚座位好闊落,兩個人坐一張細圓台,岩哂成晚慢慢傾計,店員招呼亦不錯,同屋企人黎食岩哂。
