我同朋友近年都愛上咗食辣🌶,特別係麻辣,所以會專登搜羅邊度有川菜餐廳。呢日喺某App見到位於尖沙咀K11 Musea嘅「蜀客」有提供訂枱優惠😜,晚上八點半入座可享五折,咁鬼抵就一於試吓。餐廳環境好有氣派,燈光昏暗,部份座位望到海景🌃,而且呢度好似仲有包廂同室外區添。雖然成個格局好似好高檔咁,但食物定價其實唔係想像中咁貴,即使原價計算都一樣。水煮牛肉(半價$234),餐廳現時做緊限時優惠🈹,凡八點半後入座,可以以半價點選酸菜桂魚(原價$428)或水煮肥牛(原價$468)。原價我覺得有少許貴,但半價後即刻變得抵食。水煮牛超大鍋,如果配飯食,四個人都夠呢。我本身擔心水煮菜式會好辣😳,皆因眼見紅湯上面佈滿辣椒籽,不過出奇地佢係多麻少辣,辣度介乎於微辣至小辣之間,並加入大量炒香咗嘅地道四川香料同花椒辣椒,令到味道好香濃,而又易入口。🥩牛肉採用咗美國安格斯肥牛,質素唔錯,肥瘦適中,肉質嫩滑多汁,牛味濃郁。另外,底部仲配以煙煙韌韌嘅粗薯粉同埋爽脆油麥菜一同索味,口感層次進一步提升。乾鍋手撕包菜($168),佢比我嘅感覺其實即係回鍋肉,而食落其實亦都似🤣。包菜係指椰菜,以手撕成小片,配以芹菜同辣椒一齊

乾鍋手撕包菜($168),佢比我嘅感覺其實即係回鍋肉,而食落其實亦都似🤣。包菜係指椰菜,以手撕成小片,配以芹菜同辣椒一齊炒,微微辣,而且估唔到仲帶有一浸孜然味,好香、好惹味。話明似回鍋肉,當然唔少得豬腩肉🐷,豬腩片既入味又搭調,但略嫌份量少咗啲。

香辣雞軟骨($98),🦴雞軟骨係大路菜式,中式小炒同日式串燒均常出現,不過蜀客嘅出品竟然能突圍而出。軟骨本身唔會太硬,亦無多餘嘅肉,而外層炸衣就炸得非常酥脆,薄得嚟又唔油,而且仲散發住陣陣辣香。但記得要盡快食用,因為都淋得快。

頭抽珍菌($88),呢個係素食菜式💚,菜式包含多種菇菌,例如有本菇、冬菇同杏鮑菇等。🍄雜菇以素豉油爆香,鹹香十足,而且難得係一款唔辣嘅菜式,所以可以順勢清清味蕾,換換口味。

珍菌綿陽米粉($68),我都係今日先知綿陽原來係四川嘅一個地方🇨🇳,當地流行著米粉呢道傳統美食。米粉可以揀配豬腸、牛肉或者珍菌,前兩款係配以辣湯,而菇呢款就走辣。🍜米粉幼細,口感綿滑,餸料有菇、蔥同黃豆等,味道OK,夠大碗,但就未算好有驚喜。

總括嚟講,蜀客嘅川菜盡顯麻辣鮮香精粹,啱哂我口味😋,我同朋友一致認為呢度絕對值得再次到訪,推介!主餐牌入面嘅菜式多到一個點,食三次都未必食得晒,而且佢仲提供多款套餐,人均三百幾蚊有成十道菜🥢。最後,我上載埋餐廳嘅餐牌以供參考,但平台只可上傳30張相片,所以未能盡錄。
