最近同朋友係九龍灣發現了一間質素唔錯的餐廳,即有小菜食,又可以打邊爐。而且地方大位置又闊大舒適,一班朋友可以輕輕鬆鬆,傾下又食下。經過討論,最後大家决定了打邊爐,而且食物質素仲令我地有驚喜。  蕃茄排骨鍋 店長推介一定要試的蕃茄排骨鍋, 超大煲而且有好多新鮮蕃茄, 湯底有好香好濃厚蕃茄味. 而排骨係用左每日新鮮的排骨而唔係冰鮮排骨, 所以食落一啲都唔會有騷味, 而且啲排骨煲到最後都唔會搞到成煲油. 手切肥牛 牛肉的白色脂肪分佈均勻, 而且厚度剛剛好, 灼幾秒鐘就可以食, 入口幼嫩唔會韌, 牛味都濃郁. 精選豬併盤 有豬脷, 豬面青, 豬潤 & 豬頸肉. 豬面青同豬頸肉食落感覺有啲似,但豬面較稔少少,而豬頸肉就較爽口同肥少少; 最讚係豬潤,非常新鮮,黃沙豬潤起哂沙,好爽口, 正!!  日本花竹蝦 游水新鮮的日本花竹蝦, 爽口彈牙得黎又鮮甜, 而且仲係大大隻啖啖肉~ 沙巴龍蠆 大約一斤幾重的游水龍躉切片上,肉質嫩滑,味道鮮甜,口感幾彈牙。 桶蠔 手掌闊度咁大的桶蠔, 非常肥美肉厚. 熟左之後, 上半部咬落口感有少少爽口, 而下半部就非常CREAMY肉厚, 而且口中仲

 蕃茄排骨鍋

店長推介一定要試的蕃茄排骨鍋, 超大煲而且有好多新鮮蕃茄, 湯底有好香好濃厚蕃茄味.

有豬脷, 豬面青, 豬潤 & 豬頸肉.

豬面青同豬頸肉食落感覺有啲似,但豬面較稔少少,而豬頸肉就較爽口同肥少少;

最讚係豬潤,非常新鮮,黃沙豬潤起哂沙,好爽口, 正!!

韭菜餃併四寶丸

韭菜餃的皮厚度適中,而餡的比例係韭菜比肉多, 正係我喜歡的比例;

而蝦丸, 豬肉丸, 墨丸同牛丸全部都係新鮮手打, 所以口感都好彈牙鮮甜, 絶無唔新鮮的肉味.
