To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

得知相撲手午餐再推出,即刻定位去食。 滿有期望,可惜座位很逼夾,原本應該12人座位要坐18個人,而師傅只有一個。第一張單,只來了銀雪魚同蟹腳。銀雪魚醬汁好甜,燒得唔錯,蟹腳一般.之後送來每位的刺身及鮑魚,刺身只有冰水味,鮑魚一般。 之後其他客人不停問師傅佢哋點嘅嘢都未來,師傅就話即刻燒比佢哋,不過都係好多漏單。第一輪(十二點半左右入紙)我點嘅燒烤冬菇雞翼要差不多兩點三才有,但只食到兩點半。燒蝦唔新鮮,食三隻,二隻是梅的。 后尾侍應在二點三叫廚房燒,又要我們講有咩未黎,我話第一張紙只來了三樣,第二張紙只來了某部份熟食。 已經無氣再追。之後黎的翠肉瓜是生的暖的,雞翼內裡是凍的。價錢同我去雲海食午餐放題差不多,但上次係一對六,仲坐得舒服。
