曾多次光顧湊湊其他分店，如旺角家樂坊、K11，惟獨是次用餐體驗特別失望。平心而論湯底及食物沒有問題，新鮮而且夠濃味，但18:30 晚市 walk in Qr code等位時，系統寫入座後兩小時， 但入座後又變限時一個半小時，十分趕客（之前在其他分店都是兩小時，打邊爐個半小時可以想像好急），其中一杯飲品要催幾次差不多入座後45分鐘後才上到，而且店內人手明顯不夠，侍應非常忙，要叫幾次先找到人幫忙催單及湯底加水，二人埋單接近$1000但又食得好趕好忙，想不到再光顧同一分店的理由。環境：沒有其他分店如家樂城及K 11 musea 寬敞。結論：不會有下次。
