To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢日中午與長輩一齊嚟到呢間餐廳食午餐,佢因為無牙,於是點咗豆腐魚柳,而我雖然唔食得好辣,但就點咗刴椒蒸鯇魚,梅菜蒸鯇魚就起佢哋嘅分店試過幾次,但未試過食刴椒蒸魚,想睇下佢有幾辣。嘢食嚟得都算快,但我叫嘅係蒸魚,所以要等耐少少,但都唔算太耐,大概十零分鐘已經到咗,而最先嚟嘅,當然係長輩叫嘅豆腐魚柳。豆腐係微微煎過嘅豆腐,呢位長輩食得到,但令我呢位長輩大為懊惱嘅係魚柳,佢無諗過係炸魚柳,而且唔係早餐嗰啲大塊魚柳,而係預製有啲韌口嘅魚柳條,佢咬唔到嚟食,結果畀哂我,佢只可以食豆腐同我碟蒸魚唔辣嗰部份。呢個豆腐魚柳,有少少肉絲,味道一般,撈埋啲芡汁,收$60,我就覺得唔值啦!講返正題先,個賣相同餐牌差唔多,但由於全餐廳滿座,走廊窄,加上肚餓,所以無影到相,等到食完,啲人無咁多嘅時候,先至影返個餐牌。刴椒有紅有橙,但如果加埋啲蔥花,視覺效果會更好。味道方面,唔係好辣,我食得到,而且有啲麻嘅感覺,我喜歡。而最特別嘅地方,亦係相片睇唔出嚟嘅地方係有啲扁物似陳村粉嘅嘢墊底,吸收咗魚汁同刴椒嘅精華,本來應該好好食,但可惜係啲粉偏硬,唔夠軟滑,如果鋪嘅係腸粉或者水晶粉,我諗效果會好啲。魚嘅份量算多,收$5
