工作之餘,輿友人聚聚,是件陿意的事情。上周末就與好友去了銅鑼灣的“深宵食堂”。餐廳雖不算大,但充满日式風情,不錯。餐牌上的選擇都頗多。鹽燒鯖魚,好新鮮,燒得香气四溢,肉質細膩滑嫩,口感鮮甜!川式茄子,茄子上加了七味粉和蒜末, 濃郁蒜香冲击着味蕾,茄子鬆軟鮮香而不膩。芝士年糕,燒的外脆内軟,芝士香味濃郁。煙肉荔枝卷,鹹香的煙肉与鮮甜的荔枝都幾夾,燒後的荔枝依舊鮮甜多汁。冬菇亦鮮美可口。七味魷魚圈,這是一道非常吸引人的菜式,上枱香味撲鼻,炘粉香口好味,魷魚爽口彈牙,非常惹味!芝麻雞翼,金黄色好吸引,食落香脆肉汁保留
