久違同朋友食飯,當然要上網睇下去邊食野啦。而今次就走左去加路連山道既一間西餐廳食個飯晚。仲記得以前放學既時間都會路過呢一度,個陣冇咁多既餐廳,估唔到咁耐冇去呢一度居然多左好唔同菜式的餐廳。朋友最愛就係食鹹豬手,所以一早就打電話book枱啦。七點到去到餐廳已經見到好多都留左枱,所以想食就記得book定枱啦。佢地既環境都唔錯,坐得舒服,岩哂傾下計同食下野。每人叫左一個Dinner Set,有前菜、湯、主食同飲品,佢地既SET選擇都好多大蝦占米多,入面有菇、洋蔥同切左粒的大蝦,大蝦夠爽口彈牙~香煎法國鵝肝配焦糖酒醋草莓,呢個真係好有驚喜呀,鵝肝厚身,外層煎得香內裡軟滑,一啖入口,油分慢慢滲出來,食完真係再想食呀蟹肉南瓜忌廉湯,放入大量的蟹肉加上香濃的南瓜和忌廉,口感軟綿幼滑~~黑松露菌忌廉湯,朋友就覺得黑松露好濃郁~主菜出現啦,德國式燒鹹豬手,份量超多,鹹豬手出到呢既時候已經切好一件件方便食用。鹹豬手既外層燒到脆卜卜,肉質嫩滑而且唔會好鹹。薯條炸到好香脆黑松露麵包蟹意大利飯,香濃既黑松露係分開上,可以自行將黑松露放入飯撈埋一齊食。意大利飯軟硬適中,每食一啖就會有滿滿的蟹肉。
