6月8日為慶祝相識紀念日,因喜歡食壽喜司,早前看過YouTube介紹, 故此特意一試世貿中心牛陣壽喜燒放題。由於晚上有事,所以選了食午餐,由12時-3時。有3款不同價錢牛肉選擇: 我們選了岐阜縣飛驒牛, 追加時亦可選特選鹿兒島野崎牛A5西冷,特選鹿兒島野崎牛。先上Welcome drink, 再有前菜,刺身,天婦羅。然後有充滿油花的極緻飛驒牛。侍應哥哥很貼心的介紹及示範燒了一片飛驒牛。牛肉配上蘭王蛋,口感充滿油脂,蛋香,軟滑...再追加牛肉仍保持水準。其他兩款牛肉亦不錯, 當然飛驒牛是完勝。另外刺身亦十分新鮮,當日還有左口魚刺身,配酸汁好好味！除了牛肉,還有刺身,豬肉,雞肉,蔬菜,飲品,啤酒,甜品亦可追加。唯一是天婦羅稍為遜色。不過今次重點是吃壽喜燒,牛肉是十分滿意的, 吃蔬菜時已好飽！餐廳佈置白色主調木系日式風格,環境好舒服,清潔,而服務又細心。下次我會試晚餐時段,時間會長一些,可以慢慢食,慢慢飲。期待下次再品嚐高質壽喜燒放題啊！
