To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一家人去出去玩成日返屋企附近搵嘢食點知伏到一個點lor望落去好似唔錯,其實d菜出品極差胡椒豬肚雞-可能街邊小攤檔都好食過呢到,唔夠熱,唔入味,d雞唔靚 / 滑蛋炒蝦仁-第一次鹹到苦,第二次炒先有d鑊氣正常味道 / 清蒸沙巴-蒸太老 / 燒鴨-鹹到死,唔似新鮮嘢,好彩無叫片皮鴨跟著埋單,原來588套餐要加一ga,都算啦3大人2個BB都要計4個茶位,講咩2個B等於一個大人。BB飲茶水? 而且帶位部長/經理完全無解釋收銀更一問三不知就話2B=1大,唔清楚唔會搵經理求證,買左兩個盒,見我一個蓋無用都要收翻走,真黑衣唔會再來食,難食服務又差
