今次火鍋控朋友帶我去到銅鑼灣醉鍋打邊爐,滿心期待✨去到火鍋店見到個海景即刻嘩咗一聲出嚟,估唔到可以一邊打邊爐一邊望海景。我地坐喺窗邊位,開始悠閑嘅火鍋時間。首先點咗黑松露雜菌火鍋湯底($168)。黑松露好香,加上5、6種雜菌,忍唔住飲咗碗湯。😝因為唔想破壞鮮甜湯底嘅入口味,係12種醬料($22/位)裏面,我加咗蔥花、醬油同特別少少嘅辣椒粉。調好醬油,就開始揀野食。竹蔗茅根( $28 )下火清甜,解渴羅漢果菊花茶( $28 )有淡淡菊花香,微甜頂級安格斯牛小排(小)( $208 )淥10-15秒,熟咗之後,唔沾其他醬汁,牛味香濃嫩滑,原汁原味手打墨魚丸( $58 )墨魚彈牙,口感豐富韭菜餃( $58 )韭菜味唔重,皮薄餡新鮮三色鮮制生麵( $68 )淥咗好耐都無咩變質,仍然爽口,好厲害👍🏻日本頂級黑毛豬豚腩肉( $228 )完全無豬臊味,而且切得好薄好靚,味道口感都一流台灣腸( $68 )啖啖肉,又多汁雜菌拼盤( $78 )增加湯底嘅菇量,湯底一黎,我就加雜菌落去一齊熬湯蔬菜拼盤( $78 )有5-6種蔬菜,種類多而且新鮮
