Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 五點多來到門前已經站滿人,好誇張,等了足有一小時才能入座,還以為新年期間人流會少一些。屁股還沒坐穩立刻點了牛角大皿燒肉套餐,這個信用卡優惠套餐只售$301.7,經濟實惠!坦白說,實在沒有細味每種肉的味道與質感,但不管哪一種都好吃。在豪邁地進食下,只有對厚燒牛舌格外留下印象,厚切使口感更鮮明,豐富的肉汁與軟中帶爽的肉在口中翻動,美食與假期就是絕配~~~廣島蠔則沒有特色,吃起來沒多少蠔的鮮味,而且蠔的烹煮時間不好拿捏,以致肉質粗糙起來。車海老肉質不夠爽口彈牙,但也不算差,至少味道比廣島蠔要好。生菜非常新鮮青翠!以生菜包裹肉與生蒜片,泡菜與辣醬我倒是覺得可有可無,然後蘸上桌上長備的燒烤醬,這種吃法的惹味程度比單吃肉更震撼,口感豐富太多了!油脂充足的肉碰上清爽生菜,以生蒜片的辛點綴,又以燒烤醬貫穿整合所有食物的味道,讚!一個小缺陷是泡菜沒有好好切開,夾起來就是一整團,每次要以二人合筷子之力撕開,麻煩。桌上長備的三種醬料,由左至右:盬醬、燒烤醬、燒汁,我猜的........接下來說套餐以外單點的食物。首先鹽味牛油帶子這麼簡單的東西,只要帶子沒有不新鮮,其實不會出什麼問題,所以問題出來了就在人為方

平常會點牛角飯,但想來自己很喜歡吃半熟蛋就點了香蔥溫泉玉子飯,這個可是我在牛角吃過最差的飯,問題並不是出於玉子上,而是當天的飯水份太多嚴重破壞口感。雖然離成粥的狀態還差很遠,可是飯太軟又過黏的感覺很差,不過這一點還不算致命,最要命又是太咸了,吃到後面根本咸得不想吃!

中途口渴還是忍不住點了冷飲,說來這裡的飲料價錢宜人,即使酒類三十多元已有交易,一整支白酒也是二百多,選擇不少,一邊喝酒一邊大口吃肉,吃貨一大樂事!這次點了Bruntys Strawberry Cider,是Diamond Black之類的飲料,但沒有Diamond Black好喝,味道太濃,這個太濃不是指酒味,而是那個所謂的士多啤梨味,即使加入冰塊濃度還是超過,喝起來不舒服,而且有輕微的藥水味。

本來套餐指定甜品是黑糖水晶凍,但沒有了被改為綠茶與雲尼拿雪糕,雪糕好大的一球,其實半球已經足以滿足我。綠茶味很濃郁,但又不到苦,各大綠茶控應該會愛上,可是我不愛吃綠茶食物,所以要了雲尼拿雪糕。雲尼拿雪糕吃起來不像雲尼拿,沒有雲尼拿的鮮,面頭的粉末也沒什麼味道,是一種比較平庸的甜味,但也不錯,而且內裡有些脆脆口感,我猜是冰碎塊而已,但在軟雪糕中忽然咬到脆的東西,感覺有趣。

對套餐以內的東西大多是滿意,但套餐以外的一個也滿意不來,要不是套餐便宜怕是要給個劣評。總括來說肉包生菜很美味,海鮮吃不吃無所謂,需要事先放鹽的食物都咸得要死。結帳的時候,侍應呈上一碟糖果,我開了一個邊走邊吃,這個開頭吃着還好,吃到後面又是越來越咸,區區一顆糖果也不放過我!

環境挺舒服,喜歡燈光暗的餐廳,格局條理有序,座位尚算寬闊,椅子下有放置私人物品的空間,外套掛椅子上侍應會用保護套蓋好,餐廳也提供保護套給手機,最重要是飯後身上完全沒有沾到食物的氣味。侍應態度是好的,但很迷糊,比如不同侍應一次又一次打翻我們桌子上的東西,幸好不是食物........又比如同一個問題,兩三個侍應都來問一次。供燒烤的食物來得很快,但是甜點飲料等候時間有點長,侍應們請打醒精神!
