在6pm晚市前早些入座,很幸運仍有1張海景枱,可以清楚望到維港及對面岸。打卡一流。烏冬有手切或平烏冬,既然招牌食烏冬,就試手切烏冬。分別試了味噌湯底及鏗魚清湯底,各有風味。前者適合喜歡飲味噌湯的人,配合索滿湯汁的腐皮,充滿味噌味,吉烈豬扒相當鬆軟,無刮口感覺。而清湯配豚肉,味道也很平衡。兩碗烏冬都是熱辣辣成煲上,飲第一啖湯時,要小心燙口。以這個價錢吃到日本來港過江龍店,又有海景,性價比算高。而且海港城價位來說,這間唔算貴。
