To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日胃口唔多好，想搵醒胃又提神的食物，我就到元洲街近荔枝角一間「皇室冰廳Royal Cafe」,食咗一個【鎮店特餐：真。番茄濃湯特餐】，仲要全日供應(時間由早上11點30至晚上9:30分)。究竟呢個特餐有幾「真。番茄」，原定招牌「真。番茄濃湯是配烏冬」，但我轉了通粉，因為可以啖啖都飲到湯，而冰廳的通粉是大大粒有坑紋的，口感剛好軟硬兼施。不得不讚，番茄湯堅香濃，入口後番茄味酸甜，認真不錯。特餐是配即炸厚切吉烈炸豬扒，厚切吉烈炸豬扒，是即叫即炸，上枱時豬扒表面得油也跳下跳下，真係好熱辣辣，而且不會油泣泣，旁邊仲有沙律醬，沾上沙律醬令炸豬扒味道更提升，如果炸豬扒再厚一點就更好。以及牛乳炒滑蛋，滑蛋好香滑，仲有蛋汁，味道很好，讚。特餐連餐飲一杯，我選擇了熱檸檬茶，質素不過不失啦！
