朕今日想食海鮮,但又唔想山長水遠去西貢同香港仔,於是就去左海宴樓呢度試下,呢度係標榜本地海鮮,仲要係優質嗰隻!朕一坐低,就問店小二有咩好野推介,小二就推左個"有氣礦泉水燉杏汁白肺湯",吓有氣既湯,唔係啩!當然個啲湯煲完就梗係唔會仲有氣啦,不過中國人既人傳統智慧,豬肺湯以形補形,飲完就補你啲氣,碗湯飲落有好香既杏汁味,杏汁夠哂滋潤,豬肺又夠補氣,如果喺乾燥既冬天飲就最好不過啦!飲完湯,就食啲小食啦,"脆皮燒腩仔"份量還可以,不過啲皮就唔係全部都脆卜卜!跟住就有"蒜蓉蒸本港野生魷魚",朕就唔知"本港野生"同"大陸自由行來港既野生"既魷魚睇落有咩分別,但係呢個"蒜蓉蒸本港野生魷魚"食落鮮甜,咬落爽口,加埋佢地用鴛鴦,份外香口。朕食乾瑤柱就食得多,新鮮既就好少食,呢個店小二推介"蒜蓉蒸西貢峇門野生車蠔",車蠔即係新鮮瑤柱,肉身夠厚又大粒,佢比乾瑤柱仲多一份鮮甜味。另外"酥炸珍珠貝",珍珠貝外皮炸得脆卜卜,咬落夠厚身,不過朕始終都係覺得海鮮都係食鮮味,如果用炸始終都係浪費左呢啲咁鮮味既食材,下次試下蒜蓉蒸,應該有不一樣的滋味!-----完-----
