已經不是第一次來幫襯,由油麻地分店食到太子分店。太子分店非常闊落,環境更舒適,座位又多。這間新店也來過幾次,因為串燒好好吃,性價比高。由最推薦的講起:串燒豆腐,一串三大件,用炸過的豆腐,再加甜燒汁烤過, 外脆內軟,簡單食材,但造得出色。好食到encore了一次。特色蒜蓉包 - 整個蒜蓉伴著蒜蓉包,一碟四件。蒜蓉燒到軟配合蒜蓉包,絕對好味!燒菠蘿 - 用新鮮菠蘿燒,燒過仍然香甜多汁,作為甜品非常好。蒜蓉燒茄子 - 今日試咗個新食法(切片), 輕輕用鹽調味,外皮燒到微蕉,好入味,比原條上更有口感。鹽燒白鱔 - 白鱔新鮮,外皮乾脆,可以多加調味。
