To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 當你每一日都出街食飯嘅時候,其實都係想返屋企食住家菜,奈何停不了的約會,為了兩者兼得,就唯有揀返啲中菜嚟食下,所以特意揀左呢間本來由尖沙咀帝國中心搬過嚟嘅住家菜勒~ 比起舊舖,真係難搵左架! 門口位亦好窄~想影哂個門面真係一定要用廣角鏡先得! (就連新出嘅note 4 都影唔哂~)其實舖嘅出面已經放左啲菜單出嚟,等我地等嘅時候可以諗下食啲乜野好~ 由於我book左位,所以等都唔使等就入坐,不過你唔好為book位就有好位,我竟然係坐係2枱2人枱中間,好鬼迫,而且枱與枱之間相距唔多,人地講乜都聽到哂,真係「屋企」一樣! 所以唔係好適合談心!是日老火湯係木瓜雪耳湯,呢間餐廰賣點係不落味精,而且湯入面仲有湯渣俾你食,所以飲起上嚟真係令人懷念係屋企飲媽咪啲湯嘅日子,建議大家叫一碗都得,因為夠2個人嘅分量。我不得不叫這客黃金蝦,以前係帝國中心舊舖時點過已經覺得好好食,今次再點依然無失水準,佢用左啲炸粉蘸滿左隻開左少少邊嘅蝦,再將咸蛋王同蟹子蘸滿蝦身,一上碟夠鑊氣,仲聞到少少蝦醬味,唔通係獨門秘方?每隻蝦都炸到成隻雞脾仔咁,賣相真係好靚,係度食開年飯一定要點呢味餸。我朋友好想食菜,於是我點左呢客蛋白

我朋友好想食菜,於是我點左呢客蛋白蟹肉西蘭花,蛋白同蟹肉完全優美地放上西蘭花的上面,還有些乾瑤柱做裝飾。西蘭花係淥熟唔係炒熟,都唔緊要,最重要係唔會淥到變左黃色就okay! 整碟餸嘅份量好適中,無論係西蘭花定蛋白蟹肉,每一舊西蘭花都可以伴一口蛋白蟹肉,不錯耶!

這裡很推介的魷魚馬蹄啄肉餅,我認為肉餅一定要好似膠膠地咁,先好食,而啄肉餅要有膠膠地嘅質感,多數都要人手啄,呢碟餸真係唔錯,好好送飯之餘,其實就咁食都唔漏,不過事實係,我地食左2碗白飯之後,已經飽到要打包!

店方見我地食哂啲野之後,每枱都會問一問要唔要免費糖水,而今日就係花生麥米粥,雖然係免費,但依然好足料,幾乎成碗都係花生! 不過對於我嚟講太甜勒,而且我唔係好鍾意食花生,所以我食左一半就算。

我同朋友最後略嫌呢度有啲嘈,而且我地個位比起其他位更加唔係好方便講私人野,所以最後就決定埋單,搵過第二度飲野勒。
Other Info. : 題外話1:其實呢度落雨時係有借遮服務,如果umbrella revolution再有需要,可以食飽再借埋遮再去~! 題外話2:外賣盒要1蚊個,建議大家去之前預備環保食物盒 題外話3:呢間舖搞緊好強嘅social marketing,只要大家like佢個page,share食物相同朋友嘅相係佢地個page度,就會送張老火湯券你下次用,你仲可以download埋佢個apps,下次嚟點過其他菜添! (職業病發.....)
