To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 由香港仔搭20分鐘船就到達, 一到步感覺好似去咗泰國小島咁, 覺得好FEEL同好RELAX...當晚天氣好好, 我同女朋友一落船望上天已經見到好多星星, 跟住就走入去呢間島上唯一嘅餐廳一坐低枱老板就好好招呼, 主動介紹有啲咩招牌菜...最後我哋點咗一份牛排同芝士焗龍蝦同椰菜湯先講食物, 椰菜湯真真真係超好飲, 味道拍得住啲高級西餐廳牛排就冇咩特別, 至於個龍蝦都唔錯, 雖然咸咗少少...但味道都幾好!!!服務方面, 由於係一間小型餐廳, 所以得兩個waiters(連埋老板在內), 但佢哋啲服務態度反而好積極環境方面就真係好啱情侶黎, 一路食就一路听啲海浪聲, 感覺好特別(可能因為周圍比較靜)

先講食物, 椰菜湯真真真係超好飲, 味道拍得住啲高級西餐廳
牛排就冇咩特別, 至於個龍蝦都唔錯, 雖然咸咗少少...但味道都幾好!!!

服務方面, 由於係一間小型餐廳, 所以得兩個waiters(連埋老板在內), 但佢哋啲服務態度反而好積極

環境方面就真係好啱情侶黎, 一路食就一路听啲海浪聲, 感覺好特別(可能因為周圍比較靜)
