To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

首先，係打電話過程正常落單冇咩問題，剩返係叫碗兩餸米線清湯，佢叫我預半個鐘頭，慢慢行過嚟，去到現場，都係要等，都唔係食晏同食晚餐時間，堂食都冇咩人，我等侍既時候睇住遲我入嚟嘅客人都快過我外賣自取，我諗緊係咪拖我哋外賣啲單，真係等咗40分鐘先出到，打電話落嚟叫定就係想過到去可以攞拿拿林可以上樓食，如果真係食飯食一個鐘咁樣等，無下次，唔會食
