To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日夜晚大概六點半旺角女人街已經無咩人，病毒變種，過兩日又要禁晚巿堂食。趁出開嚟旺角，揀咗一間西餐廳，趁禁晚巿前食返餐。餐廳感覺有啲舊，抬頭望有啲位係推咗塵，梳化有啲位爆咗。同朋友兩人叫咗每人一份主食，見蠔都幾抵，再order多6隻蠔。朋友嗰個牛扒意粉都可以，但係我啲份就真係唔好食，蠔好唔新鮮。套餐嘅忌廉湯同多士。職員話無法國蠔，得日本蠔，蠔肉有啲係離咗殼，有啲就黐住個殼，我食到係有苦味，朋友就食唔出，不過佢話如果唔點醬吃唔落，雖然係平，但質素真係差。焗芝士蒜蓉汁西冷牛扒意粉，呢個我試過味都ok，牛扒唔韌。德國咸豬手配意粉，豬手係炸嘅，又鞋又乾，食咁多次豬手今次係我第一次食唔晒。
