近年油尖旺開到成巷成市嘅任食火鍋,個個都趕頭趕命想用盡時間食最多,好似大家已經遺忘咗火鍋可以慢慢食、慢慢歎嘅感覺,到最近幫襯咗一間尖沙咀新店,俾我重拾呢種慢活感覺。呢間新店開業幾個月,主打日本A5靚黑毛和牛,當日叫咗個招牌花膠響螺雞金鍋配野生竹生松茸野菌鍋做鴛鴦鍋,呢個鍋湯甜好味,湯底超推介。大家不妨落食物前,飲番兩碗湯底先。話晒今次要Chill下,未食之前點咗支盛田尾張男山大吟釀720ml嚟飲,支清酒清醇、香氣四溢,用嚟等上鍋上菜前嘅前奏的確唔錯!今次火鍋目標係試試黑毛和牛,Menu上多達17種和牛部位,如果你胃大就係可以試晒,我就試咗其中4款,牛頸、三筋肉、牛肩胛肉同封門柳,封門柳係我去邊度食都好,都一定點嘅部位,因為呢部份係好𡁻口又牛味濃,其餘幾款都好好味,會分別試到唔同厚薄、切法而不同嘅口感。今次試新店最大得著,亦係最大想分享嘅心得,就係記得唔好抱住以往「任食火鍋搶食快吞軍轟」心態,你就會feel到enjoy火鍋嘅感覺。
