4-1-2024(Thur)放工後買餸返屋企,原本諗住買碎豬肉返去蒸肉餅,但見到斬料,咁不如直接斬料算,斬咩呢?燒鴨?上星期三朝亞姨至食完(食評:),叉燒,都係同一朝老公食咗,但我記得第一次買返屋企食係唔錯(食評係2023年9月8日刊登嘅呢篇:https://www.openrice.com/zh/hongkong/review/%E6%90%8F%E4%B8%80%E6%90%8F%E5%98%85%E6%96%AC%E6%96%99-e4992185),應該真係冇得揀時,師傅會斬擺喺下面嗰啲俾人,我就問店員,可唔可以揀叉燒?佢答揀嘅就要成條買,唔揀就要$40.00起。今次我見到清楚寫明$135.00一斤,咁我揀一條啦,稱咗係$94.00,照要。拎返屋企時暖暖地,打開睇,叉燒冇排返好,有半肥瘦嘅,偷食先,蜜味係夠,肉質亦鬆軟,但冇上次咁鹹,OK嘅。服務:我俾現金收銀,當中有兩個五毫子,但收銀話唔收五毫,因難找贖。吓?!五毫子都話難找贖?其實上次食早餐(食評係2024年1月3日刊登嘅呢篇:https://www.openrice.com/zh/hongkong/review/%E5%A
