最近睇咗個節目介紹溫體牛, 咁就立即搵吓香港有冇呢樣嘢. Yo唷!就係咁俾我發現咗! 溫體牛係咩? 係新鮮由屠場直送,完全無雪過! 先講價錢, 當然比一般牛腩貴,但係當入口第一啖湯,未食啲肉都知貴得有理! 去之前做咗功課,所以大概知要叫咩. 蝴蝶腩係必食, 靚仔揀河粉. 而我想試吓佢哋牛嘅特別部位,個一腳踢嘅姐姐介紹我食牛海參,食落比牛筋仲有咬口! 兩碗麵個湯好味唔在講, 入面嘅蘿蔔吸曬啲湯及牛精華,一流! 呢度係坐低,落單先俾錢(只收現金),得個auntie一腳踢,但上準都高, 所以一定要去試吓啦!
