To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

前晚同男朋友行咗廿零分鐘去屋企附近天空之城食飯，嗰度嘅餐廳相對都比較貴同埋見好耐無食越南菜，所以就揀咗呢間～我叫咗一個芒果蟹肉炒飯，男朋友叫咗個牛柳粒西炒飯～個芒果蟹肉炒飯好濕，一黎到見到個樣幾唔吸引，啲蟹肉少得可憐，淨係見到幾粒超細粒， 撇除以上嘅因數個味都算正常，芒果算甜既男友嗰個西炒飯正常(雖然都係偏濕)，但係啲牛柳超級韌，同我整既有得揮🤷我哋諗住下次去試埋間泰國嘢嘅lunch set，希望好食啲🤦
