PDS 鮮魚湯 $80唔知大家有冇屋企有冇煲魚湯?呢一個西式魚湯就好似中式魚湯咁樣,雖然佢唔係奶白色,但係魚味超級濃,肥妹仔覺得應該有落忌廉同埋少少茄膏,食落去係有鮮魚味之餘仲有忌廉同埋鮮茄嘅香味。飲落去好杰身,應該係用咗好多條魚去煲,誠意之作。烤牛骨髓肉醬西班牙手工麵包 $130成支牛骨攞去焗,入邊嘅牛骨髓非常之軟淋,好香牛味同埋個脂肪咁超重。另外個重點係個手工麵包應該係用咗酸種麵包,食落去已經自帶嗰種麵粉香,世界級一絕。蟹粉卡邦尼烏冬 $168完全冇落白汁,成個醬汁嘅精粹係喺個芝士同埋蛋黃度,真係一隻香濃嘅蛋黃係可以將成個Carbonated 昇華。蟹粉味都好香,烏冬夠粗,可以索晒啲汁食。慢煮蜜餞美國牛肋骨 $310完全係好似食緊蜜汁叉燒咁樣,個牛嘅油脂係超級多,咬落去係入口即溶完全冇誇張。牛味反而唔算好濃,但係成個牛肋骨嘅重點反而係佢嘅口感同埋個蜜甜味。肥妹仔第一次食到咁樣嘅質感嘅牛肋骨。牛角包雞蛋仔牛角包Crossover雞蛋仔,雞蛋仔食落去好香牛油味 配埋豆腐雪糕食好好食。
