突有來賓到訪,受屋企人之命,要斬料返屋企加餸。見到招牌快靚正,真係想睇有幾快靚正。街窗掛滿各類斬料,任君選擇,而家色澤唔錯。店內好多街坊客,可見人情味甚重。炸乳鴿有滷水乳鴿,可以原隻即炸。轉個頭師傅已經拿咗去炸,新鮮滾熱辣,香味飄逸。叫師傅幫手一開四,手起刀落,已經完成。返到屋企一試,肉質幼嫩,而且因為滷過,好入味。燒鵝外層香脆,內層鮮嫩,中間夾住薄薄嘅油脂,唔會太油,恰到好處。燒鵝識食一定要配酸梅醬,可以將味道升華,而且有助解膩。燒腩仔係骨腩而唔係腩肉。骨腩近骨,所以肉質較滑,而且層次分明。表皮好香脆,沾上芥辣,另一番享受。
