晚飯時間係銅鑼灣拉麵街,見到有間米之蓮就入黎試試。裏面幾日式,但係放餐具個位又好中式,不過都算有特式嘅。叉燒拉麵,湯未算好濃,但同叉燒好夾。叉燒薄切,好腍,易咬斷,但麵未算好日式,唔識講,可能太韌?鴨肉叉燒拉麵,貌似相當特別,仲有啲調味係上面,又有啲沙律菜,係拉麵黎講算係好新穎,因為通常放紫菜咖嘛。湯底十分濃郁,但同上面個麵一樣偏韌,然後舊肉更韌,一食就全舊食落似鴨胸,即時有啲打折扣,或者口味問題,我覺得咁樣好容易一係得麵一係得鴨肉嘅感覺,夾唔埋...整體黎講稍貴,可能地區問題,同埋未好似米之蓮餐廳咁驚艷...
