To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

話說食個茶餐當晚餐, 咁叫咗腸仔沙爹牛丁+炒蛋多士。第一啖丁根本仲係半生狀態, 我懷疑廚房見水滾就熄火, 唯有浸多一陣先食... 沙爹牛無沙爹香味; 腸仔唔係廚師腸又差少少; 到炒蛋好有油益味, 中間嗰種半生熟口感有 d 怪... 多士就無搽牛油 (無所謂間間唔同)。希望試業期間能夠改進一下, 廚房很重要!!!
