上星期有個朋友移民,喺佢臨飛之前再約佢食多次Farewell飯,佢就最鍾意食日本嘢,所以上網搵咗間Omakase,因為佢實在Booking太full,只好食lunch,我哋一人叫咗個lunch set(Kiku Omakase),有我最鍾意食嘅壽司同刺身🔸Akami 赤身~超新鮮配醬油漬加柚子皮,估唔到又出奇地夾👍🏻🔸 Chutoro 中吞拿魚腩~顏色呈偏深色既粉紅,入口即融,完全冇筋👍🏻🔸 Iwashi 沙甸魚~我都係第一次食,估唔到肉質結實,同埋幾鮮美爽甜👍🏻🔸 Kinmedai金目鯛~~ 原來加咗少少山葵同醬油 食落肉 質相當細緻,油脂都超豐富🔸 Kanpachi 間八 (刺身)~肉質軟滑再配上紫蘇花提鮮👍🏻🔸 鰹魚 Katsuo (刺身)~魚邊以禾稈草炙燒過, 所以食落多一份層次又香甜!好味🤤如果以呢個價錢我覺得性價比都好高,同埋地點真係勁方便👍🏻
