好友麵包超人問我有冇興趣去食私房菜?仲要去到火炭咁勺刁鑽連佢咁嘴尖都話要去試,真係要去會一會吳師府看看有咩真功夫先得!一班酒友相聚少不了酒山酒海,還有一半美酒未入鏡呢! 私房菜內裏簡潔乾淨,而且樓底好高所以大家都坐得好舒服。 吳師傅除咗識煮餸原來仲識打拳㗎喎!! 麻煩麵包超人為我哋安排這夜的晚宴,菜式全部都好合我胃口噢! 打頭陣的是{白松露冰鎮鮑魚},鮑魚聞落去確有松露香氣,吃下鮑魚質感十分淋滑,但咬口較弱我比較喜歡夠趙頭的質地,而味道則較為清爽,墊底的青瓜片爽脆清甜我更為喜愛。 {客家豆腐拼魚肝}豆腐炸得酥香可口,內裏的魚肉亦頗有鮮味,配合的龍躉魚肝車媽媽實在太怕腥了咬一口就吃不下! {枝竹蝴蝶腩}即是豬肺的裙邊位置,平時想食都唔係咁容易買到㗎!豬肉檔要相熟才會留給客人,我就最鍾意用蘿蔔炆牛腩的方法炮製它,這兒用上有異曲同工之妙的枝竹去炆煮,出品都好淋身蝴蝶腩沒蘇味,而且枝竹都挺足味。 {金蒜雙豉蒸大鱔}味道調教得十分出色,甘香的雙豉唔會蓋過白鱔的鮮味,而且鱔身肥美肉厚質感十分彈牙,這夜吃了超

{花雕醉雞}的肉地十分不錯又唔肥而且做得很嫩滑,但好可惜花雕跟它似是有緣無份吧!絕對做不出醉雞的表現!!

飯後甜品是{紅棗糕}這兒的出品十分特別,紅棗糕吃下我覺得有點像木薯糕的質感,而且充滿紅棗香氣不會帶酸味,這個紅棗糕我十分欣賞。

飯後感:這頓私房菜每位$300,不須加一又不收開瓶費,老實到小費都不肯收我覺得誠意真十足,食物方面或許我對私房菜期望太高,確有點小失望,上菜的次序也很特別,但以這價位看我會說已收貨了。
