葵芳難得一間拉麵店,冇睇Menu就入店,坐低後見到Menu果刻,我睇到一個位,思考咗好耐都唔係好明,真叉燒?點分真叉燒同叉燒,基於好奇點了丸京拉麵$100配小蝦干醬油清湯另加$12。拉麵到咗果時我第一眼完全分唔出真叉燒同叉燒外觀上有咩分別,唔講咁多肚餓,試試個湯底,湯底有蝦味,起初以為就咁蝦油去帶出蝦味,點知原來湯底下有大量櫻花蝦,咁有誠意加分。麵冇得選擇硬度,食落似平時「普通」口感,對於偏好「硬」嘅我都可以接受。真叉燒與叉燒係有分別嘅,真叉燒屬於慢煮叉燒,唔似叉燒有火炙過嘅黑色邊,食落味道分別唔算好大,不過肉嘅份量就好大,menu寫每樣有三塊,但上碗時見到又唔止呢個數,定係佢計重量?唔理啦,總知啱晒食肉獸嘅我,叉燒因為薄切關係,口感唔會話有肉汁鎖住嘅感覺,肉面都偏乾身,浸湯再食會好味啲。賽後檢討:如果唔係太大食,叫一個豚骨拉麵就夠,份量都偏大碗,性價比就見人見智。食緊同食完我都飲咗唔少水,可能個湯底都有少少濃要沖番淡,響葵芳呢個地方有間拉麵店算唔錯,個價錢就進取咗少少,如果唔一定要食拉麵的話,我都會過番隔離葵廣掃街。
