今次同朋友黎試咗呢間尖沙咀海港城嘅餐廳,以韓式fusion菜為主打,咁所以啲配搭都比較新穎。裝修嗰啲唔多講,直接入主題啦。落完單先來左個cocktail,叫做爆谷荔枝·韓shake,材料有爆谷糖漿、荔枝肉、梳打水同埋冧酒。上枱時有埋個shaker,店員會響你面前製作埋杯特飲。製作出嚟個效果真係驚為天人,我未飲過咁難飲嘅cocktail。嗰陣爆谷糖漿嘅怪味真係令我有些少想作嘔,基於唔想浪費之下,我飲咗半杯到都真係頂唔順。同朋友兩人叫咗三款嘢食,味到都真係麻麻。有個泡菜煎餅,冇乜特別亦唔係煎得特別脆,泡菜味又唔濃。個韓式烤辣豬肉就比較正常,用啲菜包住嚟食都算係OK嘅,豬肉味道都係用經典韓式辣醬整。跟住呢一個菜式都幾經典,個名叫泡菜海鮮炸豆腐湯配蒜蓉包,飲落淨係得一陣番茄味,好似飲緊番茄湯咁。但係竟然個餸名係冇番茄呢個字。咁泡菜味究竟去咗邊呢?可能係我地選擇差啦,揀咗啲最唔好食嘅嘢。不過我諗我再返嚟食嘅意欲都唔大啦。

製作出嚟個效果真係驚為天人,我未飲過咁難飲嘅cocktail。嗰陣爆谷糖漿嘅怪味真係令我有些少想作嘔,基於唔想浪費之下,我飲咗半杯到都真係頂唔順。
