有無人同我一樣好鍾意食餃子但屋企無人識包😅平時食手工餃多數去朋友/親戚屋企痴餐😋🥟❤️食材又靚又豐富足料又爆汁🤤 但係都總有無得痴嘅時候👉🏻👈🏻 試過元朗幾間手工餃,都唔係好滿意😤喺朋友推介下試咗有得餃嘅蕃茄豬肉餃,今次我信係手工餃❤️飲食記錄:蕃茄豬肉餃先睇睇豬肉啲色澤,係熟嗰隻粉粉地🐷唔係深啡色,無用到好多豉油/老抽醃,食到豬肉味,係食材新鮮嘅保證👍🏻豬肉雖然無真係屋企整嘅比咁爆汁,但肉質唔碎/散,都有啲口勁,相信係有經過剁到輕微起膠嘅步驟🔪但係因為要處理比較大量嘅豬肉所以爆汁嘅程度都相對輕微。但係有依個步驟真係聊勝於無!手工餃嘅精粹就係剁到豬肉起膠鎖住啲肉汁,食起嚟就會有爆汁嘅效果,唔會肉汁分離或直頭唔爆汁🥟💦而店主都好細心,挑選咗juicy又開胃嘅蕃茄🍅去加強餃子爆汁嘅效果,雖然只係得蕃茄同豬肉做餡料,但依個配搭都夠特別!同埋欣賞點餃子嘅醋係有特別調教過,酸得嚟微微帶甜同少少辣,都幾有心思❤️點餃子食好正🤤後記:開張10週年有凍豆漿送🤍
