相信好多人同我一樣,鍾意食鐵板燒因為有得睇師傅精湛嘅廚藝,每每令我嘆為觀止👏🏻▶️帆立貝北海燒師傅臨尾用火槍將自家製沙律醬燒至微焦,非常誘人😍連殼食夠晒原汁原味,貝肉肥美滑嫩,完全冇燒到收乾晒水份嘅問題。▶️辣汁魔鬼魚好有BBQ風味,蔥蒜入晒味,吸收飽滿香濃醬汁。魚皮酥脆咬落有聲🔈近軟骨位置有好多骨膠原,加上微辛惹味醬汁,每食一啖都大呼過癮!▶️鹽焗馬友魚以蛋白鹽覆蓋魚身扣出魚嘅鮮,然後敲碎鹽塊就品嘗到最原汁原味嘅美味😋挑開表面嘅魚皮,露出鮮香嫩滑嘅魚肉。▶️A5佐賀和牛和牛肥瘦分明,粒粒厚薄一致。入口即化🤤牛味零舍濃香,尤其脂肪位置。
