Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

晚上朋友介紹到油麻地一間火鍋店吃飯，他說這家是真材實料，好好食，便一齊去吃了首先叫了個湯底花膠椰子雞鍋，湯都是椰青水，很清香；再加上嫩滑的雞，吃著又滑又嫩，完全不韌，先把雞和湯吃了後，再加湯打邊爐*三拼餃～韭菜餃：餡料足，韭菜香；鮮蝦雲吞：蝦很大隻，彈牙；黑松露餃：黑松露獨特的香味，加上豬肉，口感滿滿。這些餃都是大大隻，好好味。*西洋菜和皇帝菜～非常嫩，一咬就段*手切牛小排～牛小排是新鮮牛肉，也是嫩嫩的，完全不韌*西班牙黑豚肉～也是新鮮好味道，很好吃*臘味煲仔飯～臘腸油脂撈埋係飯度，香噴噴，再加上飯焦的爽脆，軟硬適中，一流！*柚子沙律～柚子酸酸甜甜，攪在新鮮菜上，是開胃菜一種。
