紫菜鮮肉餃(湯)紫菜味好突出,係第一次食到呢個餡料嘅餃子,味道好特別,會想再試的。湯底有豬骨味,但唔知係咪店主會用嚟煮水餃,有小小麵粉味,不過都唔影響我飲晒個湯,而飲完都唔覺口渴,估計無用味精,試得過!香荽鮮肉餃(煎)食前會諗,會唔會食到成口香荽味,點知食落又幾有驚喜。佢係會有淡淡的香荽味,但又唔會太搶。而且餃子煎得好好食,個底係脆,但個皮依然咁滑,餡料都係咁多汁,幾好!餃里撈麵用上佢秘製手工菜脯撈埋,建議撈返小小佢餃子嘅湯食,有多少少汁就啱啱好。泡菜(生餃)有陣陣嘅泡菜味。店主好細心咁印埋烹調方法,所以喺屋企都可以煎到脆底皮滑多汁餃,只係無店主煎得咁靚。整體嚟講,啲餃子都大粒足餡料,有唔同口味。最讚係啲餃子皮好難得咁滑,係少有食到嘅口感。亦見到店員即場包餃子,就知佢係真正自家人手製作喇!最緊要係餃子汁同菜脯都好好味,係值得一試嘅餃子店啊!

香荽鮮肉餃(煎)
食前會諗,會唔會食到成口香荽味,點知食落又幾有驚喜。佢係會有淡淡的香荽味,但又唔會太搶。而且餃子煎得好好食,個底係脆,但個皮依然咁滑,餡料都係咁多汁,幾好!
