今日第一次來到太古城的椰小盅燉湯專門店,嘗試了他們的竹笙烏雞椰小盅和蟲草花鮑魚燉土雞。一開盅,椰香撲鼻而來,飲落椰香味清甜,實在值得一試。蟲草花鮑魚燉土雞湯味清甜,材料充足,一打開已看見了兩隻鮑魚菜湯入邊。竹笙烏雞湯雞味濃郁,材料新鮮。可惜今次是已經盡了午餐後才來,下次必定來嘗試午餐。
